Tuberculosis of the great trochanter.

This review deals with thirty-eight patients with tuberculosis of the greater trochanter treated throughout or partly at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital during the last twenty-five years. In thirty-five cases the diagnosis was confirmed by culture, histology or guinea)ig illoculation. In the other three cases we considered that tile clinical and radiographic findings justified their inclusion in the series.
